Initiate Your Request
Log into your Redragon account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the electronics in their original box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure the return is processed without additional restocking fees.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
